Para 1 is made from 100% Mimosa pudica seed (otherwise known as Sensitive Plant). It is a naturally gelatinous supplement, becoming jelly-like and sticky as it makes its way through the gastrointestinal tract. In doing this, it supports the removal of stuck matter in the intestines, supports a healthy gut microbiome as well as supports the body's natural detoxification processes.
Many people, myself included, have seen long rope-like masses being evacuated during our bathroom visits.

Directions for use
Take 2 capsules twice daily, or as otherwise directed by a healthcare practitioner. Can be taken with or without food.

Para 1 is included in Step 2 and 3 of the Foundational Protocol and Phases 2 and 3 of the Comprehensive Protocol.
