Many of us are aware of the need for Vitamin D. Healthy levels of Vitamin D are needed to support mood, a healthy immune system and bone health.

Vitamin D is produced when we're exposed to UVB rays from the sun.  At certain times of the day, during winter and in some climates, UVB isn't in high supply and may be totally absent. Those of us who get plenty of sunshine (at the appropriate times) are less likely to need Vitamin D supplementation.  Though, for the majority of the population, Vitamin D levels are suboptimal and supplementation can assist.

Vitamin K2, like Vitamin D3, is a fat soluble vitamin and supports the health of the cardiovascular system and our bones.

When taken by itself, Vitamin D can lead to high levels of blood calcium.  This is where Vitamin K2 comes in, as the balance to Vitamin D, pulling calcium out of the blood and into the bones.

  • Vitamin K2 (K2Vital all-trans Menaquinone-7) 200mcg

Other ingredients - Medium Chain Triglyceride (MCT) Oil (Contains tree nuts (Coconut))

Directions for use

Take 1 dropperful per day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

 

Can be taken with or without food.  Even though these are fat soluble vitamins and are usually recommended to be taken with foods, this product uses an MCT oil base and bypasses the need to be taken with food.
